What time is Selling the OC coming to Netflix?

In just two days, fans of the Selling Sunset franchise will finally get to set their eyes on the new spinoff series Selling the OC. We’ve already seen the beautiful homes in Los Angeles and Tampa in Selling Sunset and Selling Tampa. This time, viewers will be taken to the Orange County Coast, where tons of luxurious homes are ready to be sold and bought!

The Oppenheim Group has expanded its territory by opening a second office in Newport Beach, California. Brett and Jason Oppenheim hired new real estate agents who are all looking to establish themselves as luxury real estate professionals. Like its predecessors, the Selling the OC cast does not play nice. It’s drama-filled with rumors being spread and the brewing of rivalries. But we can’t forget about the amazing, lavish properties that will surely blow your mind once you see them.

And this time around, men are involved in the action. There are seven female agents and four male agents competing to become the best real estate agent in sunny Orange County. We can’t wait to see this new reality series!

Selling the OC release time

Are you ready to mark your calendar and set your alarm? If so, you can expect the complete first season of the reality series to make its way to Netflix on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022, at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET. If you’re in the Central time zone, you can expect the show to be released at 2:00 a.m. CT on its release date.

If you watch a lot of Netflix shows, you’d know this is the typical release time. It’s a late release, but for a show like Selling the OC, it’s worth staying up late for. There are eight episodes in the first season with episode runtimes of about 30 minutes each. If you’re a night owl, you should have no problem binge-watching the series in one sitting. If not, you’ll probably be able to knock out a couple of episodes before heading to bed.

It’s rated TV-MA, meaning it’s meant to be watched by mature audiences only. It was given this age rating for strong language. Overall, it may not be suitable for ages 17 and under.
