There are some big changes coming to Sex Education season 4, and we’re ready to see what they look like. When will the new season arrive on Netflix?
We already know some of the changes to come in Sex Education season 4. There are going to be a few missing students and a new teacher arriving. At least we still have the core group, and that includes Ncuti Gatwa, despite him landing the iconic role of The Doctor in Doctor Who. We’ll also get to see Maeve return as Emma Mackey is confirmed for this season.
Now the big question is when the show will arrive on Netflix. All we know right now is that Sex Education season 4 is not heading to Netflix this month.
When will Sex Education season 4 come to Netflix?
We are still waiting for a release date. We’re not looking at the season arriving in 2022 at all. However, it’s hard to say when in 2023 we could see it as filming is still happening.
What we do know right now is that we’re getting a little less Maeve in the new season. Mackey told Radio Times that there are more characters and that means there’s less screen time for all of our favorites. We’ll take what we can get, but we need to see Maeve and Otis finally get together. The question is whether she’s taking up the chance to study abroad or not. That will put a spanner in the works.
We’re also hoping to see who Joy’s father is. Jean ordered paternity results to get the confirmation of who the baby daddy is, but we didn’t get to see the answers. Will we see Jean raising her daughter alone (with Otis’s help, of course)? Or is there hope for one adult couple in the series?
Stay tuned for the latest updates on Sex Education season 4 and more on Netflix.
