The popular Spanish teen series, Elite, returns with its sixth season on Nov. 18. As always, we want to make sure you’re fully prepared for what will surely be another drama-filled season. So, we decided to share the parents guide and age rating for Elite season 6 right below.
Elite follows the lives of the students at the prestigious high school, Las Encinas. The sixth season opens with a new school year starting and issues continuing to run rampant through the hallways of the elite institution. It’s Las Encinas’ responsibility to address the issues, but if they fail to do so, the students have no problem stepping up and taking matters into their own hands.
Unfortunately, Itzan Escamilla (Samuel), Omar Ayuso (Omar), Claudia Salas (Rebeka), and Georgina Amorós (Cayetana) do not reprise their roles in the sixth season. In September 2022, Netflix released the official synopsis for the sixth season, and the synopsis revealed that Samuel had officially died after being critically injured in the season 5 finale. However, it’s unknown why the other characters just listed aren’t in the sixth season.
This season you can expect to see the return of André Lamoglia (Iván), Valentina Zenere (Isadora), Carla Díaz (Ari), Martina Cariddi (Mencía), Adam Nourou (Bilal), and Manu Ríos (Patrick). You’ll also see new characters introduced, who are played by Ander Puig, Carmen Arrufat, Álvaro de Juana, Ana Bokesa, and Álex Pastrana.
Elite season 6 parents guide and age rating
If you’re a fan of Elite, you’d know that every season has been rated TV-MA. The sixth season is rated TV-MA as well. This means the show is intended for adults and may not be appropriate for ages 17 and under. It was given this maturity rating for strong language, nudity, sex, sexual violence, smoking, and substances. All the content just listed would be considered inappropriate for a younger audience to watch. So, we recommend watching the new season when no kids are around.
