The animated sci-fi series Pantheon offers up a captivating story with an all-star cast and visually stunning animation, making it a must-watch affair from start to finish. But can those that subscribe to Netflix experience the intriguing narrative?
The cyber cartoon drama is based on the works of short story writer Ken Liu, and the series was created by Craig Silverstein, whose credits also include Turn: Washington Spies. The brilliant animation of Pantheon is being handled by the gifted individuals from Titmouse animation studio, who are known for their work on Big Mouth and Motorcity.
The narrative for the fascinating title follows a bullied young teen named Maddie who unexpectedly receives messages from a stranger claiming to be her dead father. Soon after, she uncovers a conspiracy involving some very shady business going on with people’s consciousness and the cloud.
The cast of vocal talent bringing the characters of Pantheon to life is quite the star-studded affair. Some of the exciting names involved in the well-crafted series included Katie Chang, Paul Dano, Daniel Dae Kim, Rosemarie DeWitt, Maude Apatow, Lara Pulver, Aaron Eckhart, Taylor Schilling, Scoot McNairy, and William Hurt.
Is Pantheon available on Netflix?
Subscribers would love to hack into the stimulating animated series, but that will not be possible. Pantheon is, unfortunately, not one of the many choices available on Netflix.
However, the streamer isn’t lacking when it comes to captivating shows in the science fiction category. Netflix has plenty of titles from the thought-provoking genre ready to stream right now, including Black Mirror, Lost in Space, Love Death and Robots, Altered Carbon, and Stranger Things, just to name a few.

Pantheon will be available on AMC+ on September 1, 2021. The show joins a lineup that includes Kin, Gangs of London, and Ultra City Smiths.
