Christmas with You release date, cast, synopsis, and more

If there’s one thing we can count on Netflix to do, it’s bring the stars we want to see for its original holiday movies. This holiday season, we’ll be seeing Aimee Garcia and Freddie Prinze Jr. fall in love in the new movie Christmas with You.

Last year, Netflix treated us to Nina Dobrev in Love Hard, Brooke Shields in A Castle for Christmas, and Jennifer Coolidge in a scene-stealing role in Single All the Way. Even more stars are headed to our watch lists in 2022 to ensure we have a cozy little Christmas.

November brings (so far) three new Netflix Christmas movies: Falling for Christmas starring Lindsay Lohan, The Noel Diary starring Justin Hartley, and Christmas with You starring two fan-favorites we’re so excited to see come together for a new holiday must-watch.

We’re sharing everything we know about Christmas with You, including its release date, leading stars, and synopsis. Check back for more updates as they arrive!

Christmas with You release date

Christmas with You is coming to Netflix on Thursday, Nov. 17. November’s slate of Netflix Christmas movies also includes Lindsay Lohan’s Falling for Christmas and Justin Hartley’s The Noel Diary, which premiere the week before and after, respectively.

Christmas with You cast

Lucifer alum Aimee Garcia and She’s All That star Freddie Prinze Jr. lead the cast of the holiday film and appear to be the biggest stars in the movie. Garcia will be playing a pop star named Angelina, and Prinze plays Miguel. We’ll add additional cast members as they’re announced.

Christmas with You synopsis

As with most Christmas romance movies, you could expect love to arise in the most unexpected of places between two people on different paths. Christmas with You centers on a pop star taking a break in a small town, where she’ll ultimately be torn between her career and true love.

Here’s the official synopsis via Netflix:

Feeling career burn out, pop star Angelina escapes to grant a young fan’s wish in small town New York, where she not only finds the inspiration to revitalize her career but also a shot at true love.

We’re definitely looking forward to checking this Christmas romance out this holiday season! If the leading stars haven’t sold you, maybe the prospect of hearing a little music from the pair might pull you into Christmas with You on Netflix on Nov. 17.
